asia week
I visited Asian Week from the yahoo list that was given to us through class. I found it to be what I thought it might be. The only thing I think interesting to talk about is the fact they wrote a lot about how many asian people are fearful of retaliation in the wake of the VT massacre. I fully understand that unfortunate fear, considering the world we live in. I truly hope nothing happens, but I do understand why they might feel that way. But the online newspaper being called Asian Week, of course it is going to discuss many Asian issues. I did like it though considering I love their culture.

You make a very good point. I think that it is rediculous that we have to fear for our lives from this disease called terrorism. I went to a concert the other night in an auditorium where it was sixteen plus show. I am 22 years old and they had metal detecorts there and about 7 to 8 cops. This was a small auditorium and even the singer from the band stated that it is bad that we have to bring in metal detecotors into an auditorium just to come see a concert its very sad
